  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) Milky Way Midnight bar, roughly chopped
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) Milky Way bar, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs one by one, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Combine cocoa powder, flour, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. For the caramel layer, heat sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and water in a saucepan until boiling. Stir in butter and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Once the brownie base is baked, pour caramel over it, then prepare the cheesecake mixture by beating cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over caramel layer.
  7. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until set; let cool completely before topping with chopped Milky Way bars.
