  • 1 lb boneless beef loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
  • Sriracha or chili garlic sauce (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef cubes in cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef; cook until browned and fully cooked (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry red bell pepper and broccoli for 2-3 minutes. Add snow peas; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  4. Return beef to the skillet; add chopped green onions and heat through for one more minute.
  5. Serve over cooked rice; garnish with sesame seeds and drizzle with sriracha if desired.
