  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. For the creamy sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled fish topped with mango salsa and drizzle with creamy sauce.
