Instructions

  2. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth; place in a greased bowl to rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix, roll tightly into a log, and cut into 12 pieces.
  5. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
