  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until combined.
