Ingredients

  • 4 small/medium Gala apples
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Core and slice the apples into 1/2 inch slices. You can peel them if preferred.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with canola oil, vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon until coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Optionally spritz the basket with oil.
  4. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the basket and air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and mix gently with melted butter, remaining cinnamon, and sugar. Serve warm.
