  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
  • 1 cup banana peppers (whole or sliced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Pat the chuck roast dry and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. Sear the roast in a hot skillet with oil until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. On a large piece of foil or in a baking pan, combine ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix. Place the seared roast on top, sprinkle with banana peppers and butter.
