  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into uniform 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook meatballs for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha for the sauce.
