Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugars, and salt for the crumb topping; add melted butter until combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; fold into the wet mixture along with milk until smooth.
- Toss strawberries with flour and sugar; layer on top of the batter in the pan.
