- 330 g milk (room temperature)
- 250 g cream cheese (softened)
- 200 g finely diced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry filling by cooking strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan until thickened. Let cool.
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease two round baking pans.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, oil, both sugars, eggs, and milk until well mixed.
