  • 20 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 x 9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine melted chocolate with sugars and eggs; beat until frothy.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes; cool completely.
  6. For coating, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil; dip cooled brownies.
  7. Create icing by mixing powdered sugar with heavy cream; decorate brownies with icing and candy eyes.
