Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Optional: 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ingredients: dice the pineapple, mince the jalapeños (adjust for desired heat), and finely chop the red onion.
- In a medium saucepan, combine all prepared ingredients: pineapple, jalapeños, red onion, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, cumin, salt, and pepper.
