Ingredients

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; cook chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Melt cheese on top during the last minute.
- Mix mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and lime juice in a bowl to create chipotle mayo.
- Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
- Assemble by spreading chipotle mayo on both sides of the bun, then layer with avocado slices, grilled chicken with melted cheese, turkey bacon strips, and pickled jalapeños.
