- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
