- ¼ cup brown sugar

- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then mix in sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla extract; blend well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, pumpkin spice, and salt; gradually combine with wet mixture.
- Shape dough into balls, roll in coarse sugar, place on baking sheet.
