Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and chive & onion spread until smooth.
  2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar.
  3. Place cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar on it.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover with remaining cheddar.
  5. Wrap tightly to form a ball shape and secure with rubber bands.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Decorate with a bell pepper stem and serve with assorted dippers.
