  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  3. Pour filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Allow cooling at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight. Top with warmed strawberry preserves before serving.
