  3. Use a potato masher or handheld immersion blender to mash the mixture to your desired consistency.
  4. Ladle the jam into sterilized 8-ounce glass canning jars, leaving a 1/2-inch clearance from the top.
  5. Let jars cool completely before sealing with lids; refrigerate overnight to solidify.
