  • 24 oz frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained (or fresh if preferred)
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp light butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and layer the bread pieces evenly in it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and gently press down to ensure coverage.
