- 1 cup Beef Broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes until softened.
- Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
