  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick; cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle; add banana slices on top.
  4. Fold over the other half of the pastry; seal edges with a fork.
  5. Cut strips from leftover pastry for mummy wrappings and lay across each pie.
  6. Brush tops with dairy-free milk for a golden finish.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate on top for eyes and dust with icing sugar.
