Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz mini Reese’s, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and milk until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In trifle cups, layer the peanut butter cheesecake mixture followed by chopped Reese's pieces and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Top with whipped cream. Repeat layers.
- Finish with a final swirl of whipped cream and garnish with mini Reese's on top. Refrigerate until serving.
