- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each), cut into pockets
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
- 8 slices turkey or beef bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
- In a bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder until smooth.
- Cut pockets into each chicken breast and spoon in the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Wrap each stuffed breast in turkey or beef bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; sear each chicken breast for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
