  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each), cut into pockets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 8 slices turkey or beef bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and spoon in the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Wrap each stuffed breast in turkey or beef bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; sear each chicken breast for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
