Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust roll
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp maple flavoring
- 1 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- In a medium bowl, mix together canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crust on a floured surface into a thin rectangle (approx. 6×22 inches) and cut into eight rectangles.
- Place one rectangle on a baking sheet; spoon the pumpkin mixture onto its center, leaving edges clear for crimping. Top with another rectangle and press down edges securely.
- Use a fork to crimp the edges of each poptart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
