  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened; add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes). Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Layer with provolone and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
