  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top each bowl with grilled beef, chopped spinach, carrots, red onion, and green onions. Drizzle generously with the prepared Gochujang Aioli before serving.
