Instructions
- Proof the yeast by mixing it with warm milk and sugar; let it sit until foamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in oil, then combine with the yeast mixture, remaining milk, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate flour until a dough forms; knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into thin circles and cut into triangles.
- Mix feta with salt for filling, roll each triangle from wide end to point.
- Let rolled crescents rise briefly before brushing with egg yolk and sprinkling sesame seeds on top.
