  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp and mild mix)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the sweet corn, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and agar-agar powder until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the cooked rotini into the beef mixture until evenly coated.
