  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Arrange halved Brussels sprouts evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the creamy sauce over them.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top followed by the panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
