Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until crispy.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced sausage for 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove.
- Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet along with roasted broccoli; toss to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
