Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef

- 4 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 1 15 oz can chili beans
- 1 46 oz can tomato juice
- 1–2 Tbs mild chili powder
- 1 Tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
