  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef and sliced zucchini for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. For the creamy sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
