- 1 pound ground chicken breast
- 2 large bell peppers
- ½ cup feta cheese
- 1 small red onion

- 1 zucchini
- ⅔ cup uncooked white rice
- Kalamata olives
- Fresh dill
Instructions

- Cook rice as per package instructions. Slice bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
