  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 8 tbsp butter, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 16 oz root beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup root beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp root beef broth extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate chips together over simmering water until smooth; let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Gradually mix in the cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl. Slowly incorporate into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in root beef broth until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
