- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup gluten-free quick oats
- 6 tablespoons solid coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix diced peaches with cane sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and orange juice; set aside.
