  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add chopped carrots and celery; cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in chopped zucchini, green beans, diced tomatoes, and drained cannellini beans.
  5. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
