Ingredients
- 1 package (about 14.1 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, cut into sticks (or chocolate chips)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Cut each sheet lengthwise into three equal strips for a total of six strips.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and water to create an egg wash.
