Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup hot coffee
- 2 cups shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), finely chopped

- 1 cup pistachio cream
- 4 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate bar
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9’’ baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients; mix until combined.
- Stir in hot coffee until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before removing.
- Toast chopped kataifi with butter until golden; mix with pistachio cream.
- Prepare ganache by melting chocolate with heavy cream; whisk until smooth.
- Spread the pistachio mixture on the cooled cake and pour ganache over it.
