- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

- 1 teaspoon Ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop red bell pepper, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken; cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5–7 minutes per side).
- Add chopped red bell pepper; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour over chicken and bell peppers.
- Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
