  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 8 oz pasta of choice (spaghetti, penne, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp agar-agar (or alternative thickener)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
