Instructions

- Gradually add warm water while mixing until smooth; knead for about 5-7 minutes.
- Shape into a ball, cover with a cloth, and let rest for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Flatten the cold butter between parchment paper into a rectangle and chill.
- Roll out the dough and enclose the chilled butter; perform a three-fold and repeat twice more.
- Roll out the layered dough again and cut into triangles; roll each triangle to form croissants.
- Place on a baking sheet to rise for 1 hour; brush with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
