  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the frozen meatballs at the bottom.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
  3. Gradually add beef broth and heavy cream to the roux, whisking continuously until smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the gravy over the meatballs in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4–5 hours.
