  • 1.52 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed)
  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (sliced)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place halved potatoes in a large crock pot and sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add a stick of butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, then add the remaining Cajun seasoning.
  4. Top with sliced turkey sausage.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once an hour.
  6. Taste before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
