Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into thick rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil salted water in a pot, add carrot rounds, and cook for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Place the boiled carrots on the prepared baking sheet. Using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup, gently smash each round.
