  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 jar (15 oz) marinara sauce

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. In another dish, whisk together beaten eggs and milk.
  2. Dip each mozzarella cube into the egg mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated mozzarella cubes in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and melted inside.
