  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of 1/2 inch.
  2. In one shallow dish, mix flour, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, whisk together egg and milk.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the coated chicken cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
