  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving some fat in the pan.

  3. In the same skillet, add floured chicken cutlets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  4. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter to the skillet; let it bubble until reduced by half (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. Stir in heavy cream, return chicken and turkey bacon to the pan, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
