  • 30 wonton wrappers, sliced in half diagonally
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab, chopped
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions, for garnish
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice wonton wrappers in half diagonally and arrange on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend room temperature cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Top baked wontons with chopped imitation crab, drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil.
  5. Spoon creamy mixture over nachos and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
