Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes; allow cooling.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar gradually, mixing well.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Fold in cooled melted dark chocolate.
  7. In another bowl, mix pureed strawberries with additional sugar and lemon juice.
  8. Pour chocolate filling over the cooled crust; dollop strawberry puree on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set; cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
