Ingredients
- 6 day-old croissants
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts (lightly toasted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer half in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
